Mariana Davila

Mariana Davila is originally from Brownsville, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, Texas in 2018. She is currently a pursuing a Specialization degree in School Psychology at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Additionally, as a Graduate Research Assistant for the Department of Social Work at Texas State University, Mariana manages a parent-mediated intervention program for caregivers of young children with developmental delays. She is also a Graduate Research Assistant for the Department of Counseling, Leadership, Adult Education, and School Psychology where she is working towards norming the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire to the Mexican population. Her research interests include helping and working with underserved populations.
